Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Strategy Analyst will build dashboards and deliver insights to reduce churn and increase ARPU across the consumer organization while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards to monitor key performance metrics
• Conduct churn and retention analytics to identify drivers and prioritize initiatives
• Synthesize analysis into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for leadership

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in consumer subscription or retention analytics
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in handling large, complex datasets
• Strong proficiency in Tableau for building scalable dashboards and self-serve reporting
