Strategy Analyst V

Job Summary

Supporting Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis and performance monitoring, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst V will drive operational excellence, compliance readiness, and program effectiveness while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve risk capture accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts complex analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making
• Manages and executes projects to enhance operational processes and improve Return on Investment (ROI) across initiatives
• Fosters strategic partnerships and communicates effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business priorities and strategies

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, consulting, or strategy development
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scope projects, or ten (10) years of related experience
• Experience in a large matrixed organization is preferred
