Strategy Analyst V

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst V will support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis, performance monitoring, and business insights to enhance operational excellence and compliance readiness.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts complex analyses to identify risks and opportunities, developing recommendations to improve risk capture accuracy and coding integrity
• Partners with cross-functional teams to support audit readiness and inform strategic decision-making for optimal program outcomes
• Manages projects and programs, ensuring high-quality business outcomes by driving the execution of complex project proposals and methodologies

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategy development, or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field, along with seven (7) years of relevant experience, or ten (10) years of experience in a directly related field
• Experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scope projects
• Preferred: Two (2) years of experience in a large matrixed organization and in the health care industry
