Strategy Analyst V

Job Summary

Supporting Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis and performance monitoring, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst V will drive operational excellence, compliance readiness, and program effectiveness by analyzing trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts complex data analysis to drive insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
• Manages projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and effective execution of deliverables
• Facilitates process improvement efforts to enhance ROI, service quality, and operational efficiency across initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategy development, or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning or execution of large-scope strategic projects
• Experience working in a large matrixed organization is preferred
