Job Summary
Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time salaried Strategy Analyst V, California will support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis, performance monitoring, and business insights, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence and compliance readiness.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct complex analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Manage and execute projects aimed at improving risk capture accuracy and coding integrity, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Foster strategic partnerships across the organization to facilitate process improvements and enhance program outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategy development, or a directly related field
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven experience in executing large-scope strategic projects
- Advanced knowledge in data analysis and business strategy leadership
