Strategy Analyst V, California

Job Summary

To support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst V will perform data analysis, monitor performance, and provide business insights to enhance operational excellence and compliance readiness.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct complex analyses and interpret market data to drive actionable insights for strategic decision-making
• Manage projects and programs by developing proposals, establishing objectives, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across functions
• Facilitate process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance ROI, service quality, and operational efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategy development, or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience
• Experience in executing large-scope strategic projects
• Knowledge of health care industry practices and market dynamics
