Job Summary
Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time salaried Strategy Analyst V, California will support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis, performance monitoring, and business insights while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct complex analyses to identify risks and opportunities, driving insights for strategic decision-making
- Manage and execute projects to improve risk capture accuracy, coding integrity, and regulatory compliance
- Foster strategic partnerships and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance program outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategy development, or a related field
