Strategy Analyst V, California

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time salaried Strategy Analyst V, California will support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis, performance monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence and compliance readiness.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct complex analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making
• Manage and oversee business-specific projects, ensuring adherence to policies and effective execution of deliverables
• Facilitate process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance ROI and service quality across initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, forecasting, planning, or strategy development
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning or execution of large-scope strategic projects, or ten (10) years of related experience
• Experience working in a large matrixed organization is preferred
