Strategy Analyst V, California

Job Summary

To support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy, the full-time Strategy Analyst V, California will conduct data analysis, performance monitoring, and provide business insights to enhance operational excellence and compliance readiness in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive strategy development by analyzing complex business problems and providing actionable insights
• Manage and oversee projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and effective execution
• Facilitate process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance ROI and service quality

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, consulting, or strategy development
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related field, with at least seven (7) years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytical tools
• Experience working in a large matrixed organization is preferred
