Strategy Analyst V, California

Job Summary

To support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis and business insights, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst V, California will analyze trends, evaluate process performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence and compliance readiness.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct complex analyses and develop strategic recommendations to improve risk capture accuracy and coding integrity
• Manage projects and programs by establishing objectives, coordinating resources, and ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Facilitate process improvement efforts and foster strategic partnerships across organizational lines to enhance program outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategy development, or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scope strategic projects
• Advanced knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytical tools
