Job Summary

Driving health plan risk adjustment strategy, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst V will analyze data, monitor performance, and develop business insights to enhance operational excellence and compliance readiness.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making
• Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving process improvements to enhance ROI and service quality
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to support audit readiness and optimize program outcomes across Risk Adjustment initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategy development, or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related field, plus seven (7) years of relevant experience, or ten (10) years of experience in strategic planning and execution
• Experience in data analysis and business process improvement
• Knowledge of the health care industry and market dynamics
