Strategy Analyst V, California

Job Summary

Supporting Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis and performance monitoring, the full-time Strategy Analyst V, California will drive operational excellence, compliance readiness, and program effectiveness while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance risk capture accuracy and coding integrity.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts complex analysis and interprets market data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
• Facilitates process improvement efforts and identifies opportunities to enhance ROI and service quality across initiatives
• Manages projects and programs by developing proposals, establishing objectives, and driving execution to ensure high-quality outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategy development, or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related field with seven (7) years of relevant experience, or ten (10) years of experience in strategic planning and execution
• Experience in a large matrixed organization is preferred
• Health Care experience is preferred
