Strategy Analyst V, California

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Strategy Analyst V, California will support Health Plan Risk Adjustment through data analysis, performance monitoring, and business insights while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts complex analyses to inform strategic decision-making and improve risk capture accuracy and coding integrity
• Partners with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence and ensure compliance readiness
• Develops and executes strategic plans and project proposals to drive business outcomes and process improvements

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, forecasting, planning, or strategy development
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning or execution of large-scope strategic projects, or ten (10) years of relevant experience
• Experience in a large matrixed organization is preferred
