Job Summary
To support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis and performance monitoring, the full-time salaried Strategy Analyst V, California will drive operational excellence, compliance readiness, and program effectiveness while partnering with various teams to enhance risk capture accuracy and coding integrity.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct complex analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
- Manage and execute strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high-quality outcomes
- Foster strategic partnerships across organizational lines to navigate stakeholder needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, forecasting, planning, consulting, or strategy development
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning or execution of large-scope strategic projects, or ten (10) years of related experience
- Experience working in a large matrixed organization is preferred
