Strategy Analyst V, California

Job Summary

Supporting Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis and performance monitoring, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst V, California will drive operational excellence and compliance readiness while developing recommendations to improve risk capture accuracy and coding integrity.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze trends and evaluate process performance to inform strategic decision-making and optimize program outcomes
• Manage complex projects by developing work plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring high-quality business outcomes
• Facilitate process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance ROI and service quality across cross-functional initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, consulting, or strategy development
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning or execution of large-scope strategic projects
• Experience working in a large matrixed organization is preferred
