Strategy Analyst V, California
Job Summary
To support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst V will manage data analysis, performance monitoring, and business insights to enhance operational excellence and compliance readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Drive the development and execution of strategic plans and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and high-quality outcomes
- Foster strategic partnerships across teams to facilitate process improvements and optimize program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field, along with relevant experience
- Experience in executing large-scope strategic projects
- Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytical tools
