Strategy Analyst V, California
Job Summary
To support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst V, California will analyze data, monitor performance, and develop business insights to enhance operational excellence and compliance readiness.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct complex analyses of market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic decision-making
- Manage and execute projects aimed at improving risk capture accuracy and coding integrity across cross-functional initiatives
- Foster strategic partnerships and maintain communication with stakeholders to navigate complex organizational needs
Required qualifications:
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning or execution of large-scope strategic projects, or ten (10) years of relevant experience without a degree
