Strategy Analyst V, California

Job Summary

To support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis and performance monitoring, the full-time Strategy Analyst V, California will drive operational excellence, compliance readiness, and program effectiveness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze trends and evaluate process performance to improve risk capture accuracy and coding integrity
• Partner with operational and clinical teams to support audit readiness and inform strategic decision-making
• Develop and execute complex projects and programs to ensure high-quality business outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, consulting, or strategy development
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related field
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning or execution of large-scope projects
• Experience working in a large matrixed organization is preferred
