Strategy Analyst V, California

Job Summary

To support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis and performance monitoring, the full-time Strategy Analyst V, California will drive operational excellence and compliance readiness by analyzing trends, identifying risks, and developing recommendations for improved risk capture accuracy and coding integrity.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts complex analyses and interprets market data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
• Partners with cross-functional teams to support audit readiness and optimize program outcomes
• Facilitates process improvement efforts and manages projects to ensure high-quality business outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or related fields
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field AND minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning or execution of large-scope projects
• Advanced knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytical tools
• Experience in a large matrixed organization is preferred
