Strategy Analyst V, California

Job Summary

Driving strategic development and operational excellence, the full-time salaried Strategy Analyst V, California will support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis, performance monitoring, and business insights while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze market data to identify trends and develop recommendations for improving risk capture accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Manage complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and effective execution across functions
• Foster strategic partnerships and communicate insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making and optimize program outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategy development, or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or related field, along with seven (7) years of relevant experience
• Experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scope strategic projects
• Preferred experience in a large matrixed organization and within the health care industry
