Job Summary

Supporting Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis and performance monitoring, the full-time Strategy Analyst V, California will drive operational excellence and program effectiveness while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance risk capture accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts complex analyses and interprets market data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
• Facilitates process improvement initiatives to enhance ROI, service quality, and operational efficiency across functions
• Manages and drives the execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and high-quality outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategy development, or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning or execution of large-scope strategic projects
• Experience in a large matrixed organization is preferred
