Strategy Analyst V, California

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time salaried Strategy Analyst V, California will support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis, performance monitoring, and business insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts complex analysis and interprets market data to drive actionable insights for business strategy development
• Partners with internal and external stakeholders to oversee business-specific projects and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Facilitates process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance ROI, service quality, and operational efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, forecasting, planning, consulting, or strategy development
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scope projects or ten (10) years of related experience
• Experience in a large matrixed organization is preferred
