Strategy Analyst V, California
Job Summary
To support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst V will analyze data, monitor performance, and provide business insights to enhance operational excellence and compliance readiness.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct complex analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, driving actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Manage and execute projects that improve risk capture accuracy and coding integrity, ensuring high-quality business outcomes
- Foster strategic partnerships across teams to navigate stakeholder needs and support audit readiness and program effectiveness
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategy development, or related fields
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scope strategic projects
- Advanced knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytical tools
