Job Summary
To support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst V, Risk Adjustment will analyze data, monitor performance, and provide business insights to enhance operational excellence, compliance readiness, and program effectiveness.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct complex analyses and develop actionable insights to improve risk capture accuracy and coding integrity
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support audit readiness and inform strategic decision-making
- Drive the development and execution of strategic plans and projects to enhance program outcomes and operational efficiency
Required qualifications:
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning or execution of large-scope strategic projects, or ten (10) years of related experience
- Experience in a large matrixed organization is preferred
