Job Summary
To support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst V, Risk Adjustment will analyze data, monitor performance, and provide business insights to enhance operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving risk capture accuracy and coding integrity
- Develop and execute strategic plans and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective stakeholder collaboration
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives by implementing best practices and driving operational enhancements across cross-functional teams
Required qualifications:
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategy development, or related fields
- Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience, with or without direct reports
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scope projects, or ten (10) years in a directly related field
- Experience in a large matrixed organization is preferred
