Strategy Analyst V, Risk Adjustment

Job Summary

Supporting Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst V, Risk Adjustment will analyze data, monitor performance, and provide business insights to enhance operational excellence and compliance readiness.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, driving actionable insights for strategic decision-making
• Manage and execute projects that improve risk capture accuracy and coding integrity while ensuring adherence to compliance standards
• Foster strategic partnerships across organizational lines to enhance program outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategy development, or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scope projects
• Experience in a large matrixed organization is preferred
