Job Summary
To support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst V, Risk Adjustment will manage data analysis, performance monitoring, and business insights to enhance operational excellence and compliance readiness.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving risk capture accuracy and coding integrity
- Develop and execute strategic plans and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives by implementing best practices across functions and driving continuous improvement efforts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven experience in executing large-scope strategic projects
- Ability to analyze complex data and communicate actionable insights to senior leadership
