Job Summary
Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst V, Risk Adjustment will support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis, performance monitoring, and business insights to enhance operational excellence and compliance readiness.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct complex analyses to identify risks and opportunities, developing actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Manage and execute projects that drive deliverables and ensure high-quality business outcomes across cross-functional teams
- Facilitate process improvements and best practices to enhance return on investment, service quality, and operational efficiency
Required qualifications:
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, forecasting, planning, consulting, or strategy development
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scope strategic projects, or ten (10) years in a directly related field
- Experience working in a large matrixed organization is preferred
