Strategy Analyst V, Risk Adjustment

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Strategy Analyst V, Risk Adjustment will analyze data, monitor performance, and provide business insights to enhance operational excellence and compliance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct complex analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, informing strategic decision-making
• Manage projects and programs by developing proposals, coordinating resources, and ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Facilitate process improvements across cross-functional initiatives, driving the implementation of best practices

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategy development, or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related field, along with seven (7) years of relevant experience
• Experience in executing large-scope strategic projects
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex market data
