Strategy and Advisory Manager

Job Summary

Supporting product and services engagements remotely, the full-time Manager, Strategy & Advisory will manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and ensure alignment with business goals while leading a team of consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven technology engagements
• Establish milestones, monitor project adherence, and identify solutions to program risks and issues
• Author Statements of Work (SOWs) and participate in contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with financial terms and conditions

Required qualifications

• A minimum of five years of business and technology management experience in a Professional Services environment
• End-to-end experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
• Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience in healthcare or related operational domains to drive Digital Transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
