Job Summary

A company in the Business Services industry is looking for a Strategy and Corporate Development Director.

Position Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leadership to identify market partnership and merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities
Analyze markets to identify acquisition and partnership targets, determine valuation and structure, execute and integrate consummated transactions
Drive the execution of the Company's Five Year Value Creation Plan

Qualifications:

Experience in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking (or other transaction-advisory services firms) and/or corporate strategy and corporate development
Financial modeling and analysis techniques along with project management experience
Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, initiative, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively
Project management and cross-functional team leadership experience
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business or Economics, MBA highly preferred
