Strategy and Corporate Development Director

Job Summary

A company in the Business Services industry is looking for a Strategy and Corporate Development Director.

Position Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to identify market partnership and merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities
• Analyze markets to identify acquisition and partnership targets, determine valuation and structure, execute and integrate consummated transactions
• Drive the execution of the Company's Five Year Value Creation Plan

Qualifications:

• Experience in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking (or other transaction-advisory services firms) and/or corporate strategy and corporate development
• Financial modeling and analysis techniques along with project management experience
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, initiative, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively
• Project management and cross-functional team leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business or Economics, MBA highly preferred
