Strategy and Corporate Development Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time hybrid Strategy and Corporate Development Manager, the role will manage key strategic initiatives, including identifying new product and market opportunities, evaluating partnerships and M&A, and conducting competitive analysis to support Noom's growth.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Strategy to create frameworks and roadmaps for new initiatives and refine long-term growth strategies
- Conduct market analysis and develop robust business cases for market entry, including build/buy/partner recommendations
- Support corporate development activities, including sourcing and assessing potential acquisition opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development with a healthcare focus
- Proven experience in market analysis, business case development, and strategic planning
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including regulatory dynamics and consumer health trends
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant analysis tools
