Key Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of new market growth opportunities and collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to assess financial feasibility
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new centers, including outreach strategies and understanding demographic distributions
• Synthesize insights on existing center growth performance and present findings to guide outreach and operations strategy

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a strategy, finance, or business role; healthcare experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for high-quality analyses and presentations
• Strong data analysis skills using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Access
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive-level audiences
• Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis and market research
