Key Responsibilities

• Support capital strategy and structuring initiatives across operating companies
• Contribute to market research and go-to-market strategy, identifying partnership and expansion opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, operators, and ecosystem partners to support growth

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Principal or senior associate at a top-tier VC or growth equity fund
• Deep understanding of venture ecosystems and early-stage growth dynamics
• Strong network across startups, investors, and operators
• Ability to synthesize information and identify strategic opportunities
• Alignment with a long-term approach to building enduring companies
