Strategy and Innovation Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Strategy and Innovation Analyst will identify operational inefficiencies, evaluate strategic initiatives, and implement scalable business solutions while collaborating with company leadership and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Redesign data ingestion processes for commission and revenue data from multiple suppliers
- Investigate, reconcile, and resolve commission discrepancies, prioritizing issues based on financial impact
- Lead initiatives from discovery through implementation, analyzing data and building business cases for strategic opportunities
Required qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, engineering, operations, or finance
- Quantitative degree preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Python are a plus
- Demonstrated curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for using AI tools
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
