Strategy and Innovation Consultant

Job Summary

Leading performance strategy and operational innovation for Autonomous Vehicle partnerships, the full-time Strategy and Innovation Consultant will drive measurable service improvements and develop scalable capabilities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance management and continuous improvement efforts for AV partnership programs
• Define, track, and refine objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure success and support strategic priorities
• Analyze performance against key metrics and operational goals, identifying trends and recommending improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, product development, or related fields
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in data analytics to identify opportunities and measure impact
• Familiarity with autonomous vehicle ecosystems or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable
