Strategy and Management Consultant

Job Summary

Leading small teams in a remote capacity, the full-time Strategy and Management Consultant will analyze client organizations' capabilities, evaluate improvement opportunities, and develop actionable roadmaps for achieving their strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and conduct primary and secondary research, data collection, and analysis within client engagements
• Create structured analyses and customized models based on established frameworks to meet client needs
• Develop clear client presentations and reports while communicating actionable recommendations to executive clients

Required qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of relevant work experience in a professional services role, preferably in business strategy or management consulting
• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, technology, or related fields; a graduate degree is a plus
• Proven track record of managing small teams and complex workstreams in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas concisely to diverse audiences
• Experience in producing polished analyses and recommendations for C-level initiatives
