Strategy and Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Owning workstreams from start to finish, the fully remote Strategy & Operations Analyst will analyze data, develop recommendations, and drive execution while leveraging SQL, advanced Excel/Sheets, and AI tools for insights and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer and campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Translate data findings into strategic recommendations and actionable next steps
- Manage workflows and project execution using JIRA and other operational tools
Required qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or operations
- Strong SQL query writing skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets
- Experience using AI tools for data analysis and automation
- Familiarity with customer, campaign, or marketing data
- Experience with JIRA and campaign operations is a plus
