Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy and Operations Associate to drive business expansion and operational improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and refining the strategic vision and roadmap, identifying growth opportunities
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and manage stakeholder alignment
• Conduct market research and manage projects focused on new market entry and competitive analysis

Required Qualifications

• BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, accounting, or startup operations
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without stipulations
• All roles require I-9 verification, E-Verify, a background check, and a drug and alcohol test
