Strategy and Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to support execution of high-priority initiatives and work directly with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the company's long-term strategic plan and lead special projects
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance across key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Prepare materials for sales meetings and support ongoing relationship management with health plan and referral partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in consulting, investment banking, or analytical operations
• Highly analytical with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel, requiring significant modeling expertise
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
