Strategy and Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate / Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and partner with senior management to develop and implement growth strategies
• Direct strategic and business planning for enterprise initiatives and operational improvements
• Create actionable insights and manage key operational metrics and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or strategy and operations
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
• Experience with generative AI tools to enhance workflows is preferred
• Familiarity with business systems such as Salesforce and customer success platforms
• Prior experience in healthcare provider or healthcare software/technology is a plus
