Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Strategy and Operations Associate will deliver business-critical insights through analytics, develop strategies for growth, and manage complex cross-functional projects in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver analytical insights and monitor business performance, influencing product roadmaps and go-to-market plans
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities while assessing the competitive landscape to inform strategic direction
• Manage large, complex projects across functions and support operational initiatives

Required qualifications

• BA/BS or MBA from an accredited university
• 3+ years of work experience, with a minimum of 2 years at a management consulting firm
• Startup experience preferred
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
