Strategy and Operations Associate
Job Summary
Supporting internal coordination and communication efforts, the full-time remote Strategy and Operations Associate will document workflows, track key action items, and ensure accurate reporting for partnerships with Anthropic and AWS.
Key responsibilities:
- Help document and improve internal workflows and handoffs across teams
- Collect updates and metrics from internal stakeholders, transforming them into clear summaries or formatted reports
- Draft internal briefs and support weekly syncs and meeting follow-ups
Required qualifications:
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- A self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to communication
- Experience using AI tools and a general interest in tech or marketing partnerships
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and collaboration tools
- Some experience with CRMs or project tracking tools is a plus
