Strategy and Operations Associate

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the remote Associate, Strategy & Operations will support cross-functional strategic projects, analyze core business challenges, and help develop actionable work plans to drive growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to high-impact initiatives across the organization, collaborating with the Strategy & Operations team and other partners
• Support analysis of business challenges to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Work closely with senior leaders to translate strategic insights into actionable plans that drive business results

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of professional experience in strategy & operations, consulting, finance, or analytical roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data
• Project management experience with excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite; experience with SQL or data tools is a plus
