Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy & Business Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide thought partnership to the senior leadership team on organizational, programmatic, and operational strategy
• Lead and continuously improve the annual planning process, ensuring clarity of goals and cross-functional alignment
• Monitor progress on organizational-wide OKRs and identify risks or areas needing support

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years in strategic planning or business operations
• 2+ years of experience managing teams
• Strong track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and aligning stakeholders
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships with professionalism
• Bonus: Experience in technology or edtech
