Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy and Operations Lead for its tutoring program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and continuously improve strategy and operations for the Tutor business, ensuring accountability for key performance metrics
• Lead projects from identification through execution, including strategy setting, testing, and iteration based on results
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align operational improvements with broader business goals

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in owning and optimizing complex programs or processes in a fast-paced, tech-enabled business
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business results in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments
• Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of SQL and the ability to run queries
• Experience using AI to optimize processes and a strong learner mindset
• Creativity and ability to balance detailed and high-level business perspectives
