Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy and Operations Lead to drive the success and growth of its Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Marketplace strategy across pricing, payouts, supply, and expansion into new asset types
• Use data-driven frameworks and analytical thinking to identify opportunities and share insights
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve user and creator experiences

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in operations, product, strategy, or a similar role
• Proven track record of driving strategy from ideation through execution
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable with low code/no code software
• Process-oriented with a focus on simple solutions
