Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute high-priority Tutor initiatives end-to-end, including community building and growth initiatives
• Drive new growth opportunities through research, evaluation, and the launch of initiatives
• Manage tutoring quality and safety systems, ensuring high standards and measurable improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
• Proven track record of owning cross-functional projects with measurable results
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure where none exists
• Experience in building or improving scalable processes, tools, or systems
• Strong user empathy and capability to translate insights into operational improvements
