Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager for the Office of the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business and market research to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
• Support the CEO in preparing high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Execute special projects as requested by the CEO and senior staff to drive business growth or operational results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in business strategy and operations, management consulting, or related fields
• Experience conducting market research and data analysis
• Proficiency in creating executive-level presentations
• Strong project management skills with a track record of driving initiatives from conception to execution
