Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager - Self-Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with product engineering and marketing to create projects that enhance consumption growth and customer retention
  • Design incentive structures and targets for the Self-Service Cloud business
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency improvements
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience required
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales or Field Operations, Strategy, FP&A, or Management Consulting within SaaS organizations
  • Proven ability to structure complex problems and develop actionable solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • SQL experience is required; familiarity with Elasticsearch or Kibana is a plus
